Whenever you planeswalk here and at the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top card of your library. You may play that card this turn. Whenever Chaos ensues, exile the top six cards of your library. An opponent or player outside the game chooses a nonland card with their favorite art. Then you may cast that spell without paying its mana cost.
